Michael Bull is Chief Financial Officer for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Bull oversees a team of approximately 23 accounting professionals dedicated to the finances of the operations.
Bull started his career with USRES shortly after graduating from California State University of Fullerton in 1992 with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in Business Finance. Bull has witnessed the growth of USRES over the years and takes a passionate stance on the company's continued success.
Dustin Sauter is the Chief Technology Officer for RES.NET, a provider of software applications connecting real estate professionals and consumers, and its parent company, USRES. Sauter has more than 17 years of IT experience in infrastructure, compliance, architecture and development. Sauter is responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction of the entire RES.NET platform.
Prior to joining RES.NET, Sauter was the vice president of IT Operations and Compliance for Los Angeles-based Equator LLC, where he was responsible for architecture, design, implementation and support of all IT systems, applications and services. During this time, Sauter designed and implemented several systems that increased the overall efficiency of the company while reducing costs.
Angela Hurst is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Hurst is responsible for managing and expanding the company's national sales team and works to establish a greater company presence in the industry.
Hurst brings more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking, title insurance, and closing services industries to the company. Prior to joining USRES, Hurst was a Senior Vice President of Business Development at NDeX, LP, and Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP.
Rida A. Sharaf is Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations. Sharaf oversees the daily operations as well as corporate strategic planning with respect to USRES’s real estate endeavors. Sharaf specializes in all-encompassing disposition solutions along with component service offerings with a specified emphasis on risk analysis and management as well as ROI maximization.
Sharaf has held numerous positions within USRES since joining the firm in early 2007. He has been involved in many aspects of the local and national real estate industries within varying disciplines. A settlement expert with a keen eye for bottom-line results, Sharaf exercises fiscal and management discipline while creating operational strategies capitalizing on cyclical real estate market trending.
Rob Pajon is the Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Pajon oversees all marketing initiative and product initiatives including: advertising, collateral, promotions, media relations and sponsorships. In addition, Pajon steers the creation of the company’s product roadmap and oversees the subsequent user stories from the product dept.
Prior to joining USRES, Pajon attained a BA in Anthropology, with a minor in business at the University of California Irvine. Pajon started his career at USRES, and has worked with in all facets of the RES.NET Business Support and Project Management.
Ajay Patel is the Vice President of Software Development for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Within his capacity, Patel oversees the Software Development of all RES.NET Applications.
Prior to joining USRES, Patel held various software development positions at Argent Mortgage Company and Equator. Patel brings over 15 years of IT experience to RES.NET, covering everything from project/program management to software design, architecture and development for both client server and web-based applications, with the last 10 years focused on web development for the real estate and mortgage industries. Patel holds a BS in Physiological Sciences with specialization in Computer Science and Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Ryan Werts is the Chief Architect for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Within his capacity, Werts oversees the Database Department and Architecture Team, dedicated to the development of software applications.
Prior to joining USRES, Werts was designing and implementing software solutions around the country for Fortune 500 companies. Holding a Bachelors' Degree in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and professional certifications from Microsoft, Werts brings over 15 years of IT experience and 8 years of experience specific to the real estate industry.
Kari Dunn is the Human Resources Manager for USRES, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, Inc. Dunn oversees implementation of strategy and policies relating to the management of individuals to ensure the welfare of employees and reduce liability to the company.
Dunn has over 10 years of HR experience within several industries, from engineering/R&D to real estate. Dunn holds the Human Resources Certification Institute's designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources and has a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Brad Froelich is the Chief Appraiser for USRES and has been a State Certified Appraiser since 1993. Froelich has worked exclusively within the finance industry for the past 30 years as a residential appraiser, auditor, senior reviewer and Chief Appraiser. He oversees all aspects of USRES' valuation products, Appraisals, Broker Pricing Opinion’s, and Reconciliation Market Valuation Reviews and Audits. Throughout his tenure with USRES his responsibilities included overseeing AMC and Third Party Compliance, reconciliation policy and all escalated valuations related discrepancies. He has provided key editorials to various publications including DS News and Servicing Management. Froelich served on DS News’ 2008 Editorial Advisory Board and has participated as a panelist and speaker at numerous default and REO Valuations seminars.
