Who is USRES?


US Real Estate Services, Inc.

provides an array of financial support services for the purpose of valuation and liquidation of real estate assets. Founded in 1991 in the midst of a national economic crisis, US Real Estate Services served as a key component to mortgage servicers and investors to valuate foreclosed assets and liquidate growing REO inventory.

Today, US Real Estate Services, also known throughout the industry as USRES, provides a variety of Origination, Refinance, and Default Valuation products including Broker Price Opinions, Appraisals, Rental Surveys, Value Reconciliations and Data Driven valuations. In addition, USRES provides extensive liquidation services such as REO Disposition as well as supporting a la carte services, including HOA Management, Eviction Management, Closing Services, and Property Tax Coordination.

At USRES we are always looking to expand our services to increase transparency and efficiency throughout each transaction. We place a premium on the people within the process. It is our position that industry prospers only when the individuals within it are able to communicate effectively.

Licensed AMC

We utilize our extensive nationwide network of licensed appraisers and real estate professionals to fulfill our client's request. We chart the progress of each report ordered to assure timely receipt. Each appraisal is audited by our in-house staff of Certified Licensed Appraisers before we present them to you. Our appraisal team promptly processes any concerns or questions that may arise from completed products.

In addition, we electronically archive all completed appraisals so our clients may receive past orders in a variety of media options. We are also able to integrate into most client systems to populate completed products directly. USRES Appraisal Management Company's staff rigorously monitors our compliancy in all states.

BPO

We have a nationwide network of experienced and vetted real estate agents, who provide property inspections and valuations. What makes USRES unique is that we are the only BPO provider that has a full in-house staff of licensed appraisers that audit every BPO for content and accuracy.

The opinion of value as determined by a licensed real estate agent is based upon, but not limited to the following:

Rental Survey

The Rental Survey is created by a Real Estate professional and gives an estimate of obtainable monthly rent. The Rental Survey is also available as an option to be added onto the BPO product.
